How long will it take to receive my order?

We will use either UPS or USPS - you choose - to ship your Pig Pile by R & R Games. The estimated delivery date will be displayed when you checkout. The originating location is Lutz, FL 33549. We do not guarantee a delivery date. Shipments occur 1-3 business days after placing an order. Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. You will receive another email with a tracking number when your order has shipped. You can then logon to your account to track your shipment. Keep in mind that sometimes carriers do not show receipt of the items but they were shipped on the date indicated. Once the package is picked up by the carriers, Oh Toy! has no control over the shipment. Therefore, we are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. Please file a claim with the carrier.
