How long will it take to receive my order?

We will use either UPS or USPS - you choose - to ship your Batik Kid by Family Games. The estimated delivery date will be displayed when you checkout. The originating location is Lutz, FL 33549. We do not guarantee a delivery date. Shipments occur 1-3 business days after placing an order. Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. You will receive another email with a tracking number when your order has shipped. You can then logon to your account to track your shipment.
